The Founder
Ryan B.
I founded Dockside with one idea: make rooms smell the way the coast feels — and refuse to dilute it or mass-produce it to get there.
I grew up in Tampa, never far from the water. When my family moved to Daytona Beach, the coast became the whole world: building sandcastles as the sun went down, walking the beach after dark, driving past the yacht clubs on the way home.
Then we moved inland to Gainesville. The water was gone — but the feeling never left. Ten years later, I decided to make it last forever.

Every batch stays under 300 bottles, hand-poured in Florida. When a pour sells out, it's gone until the next one.
